SHIKHA SACHDEVA
Founder & Managing Partner
Shikha Sachdeva is the Founder and the Managing Partner of ASM Law Offices. She is one of the most visible legal professionals in the Intellectual Property Rights field, with over 20 years of successful law practice under her belt, out of which 18 have been spent in the field of Intellectual Property Rights Law. Shikha leads from the front, is very quick on the uptake and a result oriented lawyer . A litigator par excellence, she can be tough as nails, tenacious and considerate of another’s view point all at the same time. Over her career span of two decades, she has helmed and led to successful outcomes numerous litigations for her clients across diverse industry.
Shikha is also a member of the esteemed International Trademark Association (INTA) and attends the conferences every year held at different locales of the world. She also enjoys the membership of IPR committee with Society of Indian Law Firms (SILF) and the firm has been featured in the coffee table book titled Society of Indian Law Firms- Enabling Business | Fostering Growth.
MUGDHA PALSULE
Senior Associate, Enforcement & Litigation
Mugdha completed her Masters with a specialisation in Intellectual Property Laws from National Law University Jodhpur. Starting her career in the law field as a Judicial Clerk at National Consumer Dispute Redressal Commission for two years has given her the cut throat qualities one looks for in a practicing lawyer. Mugdha has been with ASM Law Offices for the past 4 years and has cemented herself as an integral part of the firm. She is primarily handling the litigation department of the firm.
KRANAV KAPUR
Head of Department – Trade Marks Prosecution & Opposition
Kranav Kapur is an Intellectual Property Attorney with a post-qualification experience of over 10 years focused on Trade Mark, Copyright and Domain disputes. His practice focuses on Indian and international trade mark law including searches and clearances, prosecution (global filing strategies), oppositions & cancellations, maintenance (renewals, assignments and related transactions) and enforcement (infringement, social media and domain name conflicts). He also advises on a wide range of copyright matters, including licensing, enforcement, takedown actions and protection of creative works across digital platforms. His domain dispute practice includes representing clients in UDRP/INDRP proceedings, recovering cybersquatted domains and advising on online brand protection strategies.
Kranav has worked closely with Fortune 500 companies and with clients across a broad range of industries, such as e-commerce, software, retail, food & beverage, hospitality, automobile, consulting, entertainment, consumer products, cosmetics and apparels.Kranav also represents the Firm in several national and international conferences including the INTA Annual Meetings.
Kriti Rathi
Head – Enforcement & Litigation
Kriti Rathi is a seasoned IP and Technology Attorney with over seven years of hands-on experience in intellectual property litigation. As Head of Enforcement & Litigation at ASM Law Offices, New Delhi, she oversees the firm’s practice in protecting and enforcing clients’ IP rights. She holds an LL.M. in Law and Technology from the University of California, Berkeley.
Her expertise spans trademarks, copyrights, media & entertainment law, data privacy, and technology-related matters. Kriti is passionate about the intersection of law, technology, and creativity and delivers pragmatic, business-oriented solutions in fast-evolving areas of intellectual property and digital rights.
Annie Jacob
Associate – Enforcement & Litigation
With over three years of focused experience in Intellectual Property law, she plays a pivotal role in protecting and enforcing clients’ IP rights. Annie’s practice encompasses trademark enforcement, brand protection, and regulatory compliance. She advises on complex infringement matters, manages anti-counterfeiting actions, and supports clients in navigating the evolving IP landscape. Known for her meticulous research, strategic approach, and strong analytical skills, Annie contributes significantly to case preparation, litigation strategy, and enforcement initiatives.

Nikita Bidla
Senior Paralegal – Trade Marks Prosecution & Opposition
Boasting of more than half a decade of experience in the field of IPR, Nikita uses her comprehensive knowledge to great use and ensures optimal efficiency with a keen eye for detail. Her skills include preparation of paperwork, managing key project documentation, regular correspondence with clients, E-Filing of all forms and affidavits, drafting of legal documents and submissions with the Trade Marks Registry and management of IP Portfolios among others.
Nikita’s work extends to overseeing, managing and supporting key operations spread across practice areas. Her unparalleled grit, coupled with her professional insight is second to none and is much appreciated by seniors as well as juniors alike.
Jaskaran singh Bindra
Associate – Trade Marks Prosecution & Opposition
Jaskaran Singh Bindra is an Associate in the Trademarks Prosecution and Opposition practice at the firm. At ASM Law Offices, he is involved in trade mark prosecution, opposition, enforcement, and related litigation. Jaskaran is involved in the drafting and filing of trade mark pleadings, including applications, oppositions, counter statements, evidence affidavits, examination responses, and well-known mark petitions. He has attended numerous Show Cause Hearings before the Trade Marks Registry, securing favourable outcomes and assisting in comprehensive portfolio management for clients.
His work extends to IP enforcement, where he drafts cease-and-desist notices, conducts infringement assessments, and supports strategy formulation. In litigation, he assists in drafting civil appeals and suits before the Delhi High Court and contributes to case preparation, research, and procedural filings.He holds a BBA LL.B. (Hons.) from Jindal Global Law School and is proficient in legal research platforms and legal-tech tools.
